Hello everyone, I'm new to LJ, and I thought I would search communities by interest. I put in Soul Cal, because I am in love with that game, and found you guys. I have been playing Soul Cal II for two years, almost playing it everyday. My favorite system to play Soul is the Game cube, just because the buttons are easier for me. I have completely mastered Cassandra, Talim, Voldo and Maxi. My favorite character to play with though is Nightmare, because who wouldn't like throwing around a huge sword. ^.~

There weren't any rules that I saw, so I just joined. If there is a problem, please let me know.

SC3 Icons

Hey there everyone!
Since we have only 17 more days until we can have SC3 in our hot little hands, I thought I would celebrate with a few icons of my fav characters. Please comment if you are going to take one, and please credit if you use.

Endless fighting?

Well, I was without internet for about 2 months, until about 2 weeks ago. Hince the lack of updates. Almost forgot that I had started this community...anyways, one things for sure, we need more members.

And now to the question...

I've played Soul Calibur 2(usually on gamecube), and I've gotten pretty good (especially with Ivy and Cassandra). I mean, I can easily beat any human opponent, and most computers. The only hard thing is when I play "Extra Survival Mode" or even worse, just normal "Survival Mode." The farthest I've gotten is to battle 70 in "Extra Survival Mode." Basically I'm just wondering if there is and end to "Extra Survival Mode."

Oh, and an official welcome to all new members.

Hasta luego.

I just thought I would stop by and say hi since I'm new and it appears that this place needs some traffic. As I'm sure you know, I love Soul Calibur and I have done some cosplay and fanarts. Some of my favorite characters are Talim, Cassandra, and Ivy, with Talim and Cassie being my best. Well, I have nothing else to say, but stop by sometime and say hi!

Second Post

Maybe I should make this community a little more known...

I have been playing the soul calibur games since I was little when Soul Blade came out for playstation. I haven't yet played Soul Calibur, but I have played Soul Calibur 2 for PS2 and Gamecube.

My favorite characters are:
Seung Mina and Taki from Soul Blade,
Taki, Ivy, Cervantes, and Mitsurugi from Soul Calibur 2.

I started this community a while ago when I found an old copy of Soul Blade. After that I kind of forgot about it. I'm gonna try to start it up again so...
